Apex Plumbing and Heating

Apex plumbing and heating is a small one-man business, mainly receiving work through word of mouth and social media.

Initial meeting with Aaron from Apex Plumbing and Heating to discuss the needs and wants from the project. Working on a first website design draft incorporating the main points from the brief whilst trying to produce a modern seamless user experience. Presenting the draft back to Aaron and tailoring it more to his preference and business, then I was set loose to develop the site.

Purchasing of the domain, content writing and website hosting are additional services I completed to make the process as hassle free as possible for my customer.

A challenge that was face was content writing. Initially Aaron wanted to produce the content for the website himself. Unfortunately, being a one-man business owner it can be difficult to find the time to put aside for digital content.

When Aaron came to me about this, I was happy to take on the task to ensure a website was up and running before the end of the year. I produced content based on the sections we had previously outlined and did my best to make it personal to his business. It also gave me an opportunity to optimise the content for search engines (SEO) to make it easier for people in his local area to find his services.

The content was then sent to Aaron for approval and final changes.

Working with Apex Plumbing and Heating has allowed me to design and develop a modern and streamlined website solution. Targeted at finding more customers for the business and encouraging them to get in touch.

Animated elements add to the dynamic feel of the site where the forms and contact options provide the functionality needed. Combing both features has contributed to the success of this project and hopefully the future of Apex Plumbing and Heating.
